Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Shrader Lawrence (born August 15, 1990) is an Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominated American film and television actress. She has had lead roles in TBS’s The Bill Engvall Show and independent films The Burning Plain, which earned her the Marcello Mastroianni Award for Best Young Emerging Actress during the Venice Film Festival in 2008, and Winter’s Bone, for which she received critical acclaim and an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress. At age 20, this made her the second youngest actress to ever be nominated for the award. In 2011, she was seen in the Sundance hit Like Crazy, Jodie Foster’s The Beaver and blockbuster X-Men: First Class.
