The Real Housewives of Atlanta is an American reality television series on the Bravo cable television network, premiering in the Fall of 2008.It is the network's third series in this format, following The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Real Housewives of New York City. The show is produced by True Entertainment, a subsidiary of reality-TV giant Endemol. The executive producers are Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, Shari Solomon Cedar and Kenny Hull. The series differs, however, from its predecessors by including a cast of characters that do not actually live in Atlanta, Georgia. Each of the women lives in northern metro-Atlanta suburbs situated in north Fulton and Gwinnett counties. See Less
