Los Angeles Galaxy (commonly referred to as L.A. Galaxy) is an American, professional soccer club based in the L.A. suburb of Carson, California. The club is a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), which is the American first division. In 1995, the club became one of the ten founding franchises of MLS.
