Project Beach House, a $30 million beachfront property in Malibu that will host the likes of private dinner parties, barbecues and clambakes, and beachside activities.

The venue is a six-bedroom estate on four acres with a massive pool, a tennis court, and a helicopter landing pad. It will afford guests ocean views, indoor and outdoor dining with a full-service staff, chauffeur and spa services, fitness training, and a not-too-shabby place to crash.

Kevin Connolly came without his Entourage.

Taye Diggs and Ian Ziering went shirt optional.

Tara Reid barely remembered hers.

But, fun was had by all as celebs came out the the Project Beach House in Malibu to celebrate the 4th of July together.
