Larchmont (alternately Larchmont Village) is the commercial heart of an area in mid-city Los Angeles, California. The area's geographical location within the Windsor Square neighborhood receives patronage from nearby Hancock Park, located to the west, and Hollywood adjacent to the north. Although the neighborhood lies wholly within Windsor Square, and serves as Windsor Square's "main street," it is commonly thought of as a distinct district. Larchmont Village is centered on Larchmont Boulevard between Beverly Boulevard and 3rd Street. A streetcar went up and down the street until the 1940s. See Less
