Hello Cat, for me the bb dakota jacket fits perfectly true to size, but depends on you and where do you live, if you usually wear a lot of things under the outfit maybe can chose to buy a size up..for me the jacket is warm but here in italy is not so cold in winter o better not absurdely cold!!the maximum that i remember is 0 C = 32F..sorry but i don't know where do you live so it is difficoult for me to make you understand what i mean..oh consider that i've a 34d of bra but i've a slim bust..i'm a clepsydra type LOL, if you have other things to ask don't esitate!;-)
