Allyson (Ally) Brooke Hernandez was born on July 7th, 1993 (Age 19) in San Antonio, Texas. She is 1/5 of the girl group Fifth Harmony, formed on The X-Factor USA. At birth, Ally weighed only 1 pound and 14 ounces. At her first audition in Austin, Texas she performed "On My Knees" and proceeded to get 4 "Easy breezy yeses" from the judges. During bootcamp, Ally was moved into the girl band "LYLAS" and sent to judges houses. Simon Cowell was selected to be LYLAS' mentor and sent the girls through to the live shows. LYLAS was renamed to 1432 and then to Fifth Harmony. Their overall performance allowed them to finish in 3rd place, only ending up in the bottom 2 once.
