Inked is a high-end glossy tattoo lifestyle magazine that debuted in late 2004 and was published quarterly for one year. In 2006, the magazine was purchased by Downtown Media Group but never published an issue. Donald Hellinger, president of Nylon Holding, Inc. publishers of Nylon and Nylon Guys magazines, acquired Inked in August 2007. He hired creative director Todd Weinberger to redesign the magazine, then brought on editor Jason Buhrmester, and finally contracted software engineer Eric G. Elinow to rebuild the magazine's web software. See Less
