Hi Jen! I tried replying to your messages but it seems my msges didn't go through. So sorry! About the boots - I went to get them ready for you when I noticed they were falling apart. So I messaged Nordstrom and they said to send the boots back to them and they will see of they refund me the money or send me a new pair. If I get the new pair I will definitely let you know

Hun, don't know if it helps but I downloaded Vuze app for computer as its free. Then you can download music films tv on there and watch them on comp or I save them to mem stick and watch them on tv through playstation3.. :) Kate xx
