Courtney Crawford's shoes are so major! There are two sides to shoe designer Courtney Crawford. There is the man's man who boxes, plays basketball, is into bodybuilding (at his peak he was a well-oiled 220 pounds) and likes to sit on the couch, beer in hand, and "behave like a caveman," as he puts it. Then there's the baby-faced artist who writes children's stories for fun, talks fondly about his impeccably dressed mom and wants nothing more than to make women feel their most fabulous. "I'm complex," admits the 27-year-old St. Louis native, who graduated from college in Florida before attending FIT. He designs his shoes to be equally complicated. "I want them repulsively attractive," he says with a gooey smile.
