Introduced by legendary New York DJ "Cousin" Bruce Morrow, the evening began with a video from Sir Elton John, who's AIDS Foundation was the designated charity for the net profits the show earned. Elton composed a melody of three of Neil's classics, "Breaking Up is Hard to Do", "Laughter in the Rain", and "Calendar Girl", and made a beautiful tribute to Neil. See Less
