Darryl Lynn "D.L." Hughley (born March 6, 1963) is an American actor, stand-up comedian and star of the television sitcom The Hughleys, which ran from 1998 to 2002 on ABC and then on UPN. From 1992 to 1993, he was the original host of ComicView, the stand-up comedy program on BET. D. L. Hughley is a member of The Original Kings of Comedy. His family members on his father's side are Brandon Hughley, Quinton Hughley, Bria Hughley and John Hughley, Jr., and Sr. D.L. Hughley was also the host of the 2008 BET Awards. He has also had roles on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, and as "Turk's" brother on Scrubs. See Less
