Johnny Earl Dawkins, Jr. (born September 28, 1963) is the head coach of the Stanford Cardinal men's basketball team. He was a two-time All-American and national player of the year as a senior in 1986 at Duke and subsequently played nine seasons in the NBA, where he averaged 11.1 points per game. He served as an Assistant Coach at Duke for several years before accepting the Stanford head coaching position. See Less
