It's expensive but if you really want it and can't find it anywhere, you could buy the "Lucca"-dress on shop.rockandrepublic.com and then try and find someone who can make the bullets for you and attach them yourself to the dress. It shouldn't be impossible since someone made these. Just something to think about :P

Personally I don't think it was worth the money. The dress is a little heavy and it makes some noice when you walk. Not that I'm going to get rid of it, I just don't think I'm ever going to wear it again.

Hello SAVANNAH, Would you seriously like to sell it? I heard it was heavy, and noisy from a co-worker whom borrowed it from a friend. But I think I might wear it to heavy metal concerts. What kind of number you had in mind to get some cash back for the dress?
