Not in stores or online. The few that have been found have been found at Plato's Closet. I found my in Illinois, Annabella Cullen found hers in Oklahoma, I know one was found by a CS'er in San Diego and then another was found in Missouri by a CS girl. Mine was on clearance for $4.

i'm pretty sure they will sell something similar to this at forever21. heritage is one of the brands they sell there and the prices are usually quite good. i bought a heritage vest at forever and it was only like 14$
