not sure if this is right anymore. i saw the movie again and the part where jake gets hurt you can see her kneeling on the ground next to him and clearly see that her shoes are brown and green.

I think that it is actually Merrell Siren Sport in Olive. Those are brown, green, and grey. Glad someone found the brand though!
