The Crashdown was the fictional café on the television series "Roswell" owned by Liz Parker's parents (they also lived in an apartment above the cafe). Often the hangout for the friends, it's also the place Max first saved Liz's life. Liz and Maria DeLuca are waitresses there while Michael Guerin was a cook.
