J Brand launched in the Spring of 2005 and became an immediate success, with celebrity fans including Beyonce, Kate Bosworth, Angelina Jolie and even fashion's ultimate icon, Anna Wintour. J Brand Jeans for men became available in October 2006.

The Look: J Brand jeans are without excess hardware or embellishment and attention to stitching details and clean dark finishes are of paramount importance. The design duo have created a combination of sexiness and style in a women’s jean while allowing the woman to feel comfortable. “It’s about a women looking beautiful in her jeans, not the jean drawing attention to her” says Susie.
