Yes, just say you didn't get your item bc the seller said they didn't have any! Say you've contacted them and no response for a refund! You should have your refund within hours! :)

Hey thanks for replying! I did say those things, I just meant I wrote it in context of writing to the seller so I was confused if I was doing it right....... I thought I had to describe what happened directly to Paypal but I did both anyhow.. not sure if I did it right but hope I get my money back!

I think it's because we escalated it to a claim immediately, we didn't give the seller a chance to respond, so Paypal takes care of it from there.

oh xD the seller hadn't responded to me for a whole week, I wrote that in the claim too - anyway, I hope it's settled soon!

How does they sizing run on those? I hear they run big. I'm usually a 6.5 (sometimes a 6, on rare occasion a 7). I'm trying to figure out what size to get.

I'd say they run kind of inbetween, I took a 7, and theyre a TINY bit big, but comfy, but a 6 probably would have been to small, but I wear between a 6-7.5, so I'd maybe go with a 6?

@ Victoria32, I'm interested in ordering the victorian carpet bag, but since their site is down and all they provide is their email, is it safe to order from them? Just want to know your experience with them before I place an order :)

@Morbid-Unicorn I don't know if it is safe, I ordered from France so I had to call them to give my credit card number by phone because they did not have paypal (and that does not sound safe to me, but I really wanted the bag!). The problem for me was that I ordered in beginning of March, and I just received the bag few days ago. And I had sent lots of email before then, and tried to reach them by phone but no one ever replied. I thought I would never see my bag, but finally they sent it to me last week they sent an email with tracking number and it arrived.
@babydior yes it is the same one as Nina's, it is purple and gold, very beautiful. The only think that I don't like is that there is no zipper and I don't like bags without zipper. But it is really nice.

If you notice on the right leg, you can see the black panels on each side. Also, the sheer part in the middle seems narrower than the AA ones. But that's just me lol

I am selling the bag. It's the purple and gold one just like hers. I paid $100 but will take $80. :) I bought it from someone else used but I myself have never carried it and it comes from a smoke free home.
