She is known for Bend It Like Beckham,The Pirates Triology,King Arthur,Pride & Prejudice, Atonement and The Duchess. Keira was nominated for a Golden Globe and Academy Award for her role as Elizabeth Bennet in Pride & Prejudice. And for a Golden Globe and BAFTA-Award for her role as Cecilia Tallis in Atonement.

Her upcoming projects are: Last Night (2010), London Boulevard (2010) and Never Let Me Go (2010). As far as the comfirmation is true, Keira will play Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady,to be filmed in 2010. Knightley also stars in the play "The Misanthrope" from December 2009 to March 2010.
