Jack McBrayer

Jack McBrayer (born May 27, 1973) is an American actor and comedian. In 2006, he gained national exposure in the film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. He is best known for portraying Kenneth Ellen Parcell on the television series 30 Rock.
